Who qualifies?
This is only for people/companies/investors who have the ability to acquire a business of $500K or more, with or without finance.
Whilst I fully respect that not everybody is in the position yet to acquire above this price range there are some options.
If you are a US citizen, with $100K or more and a decent credit score you're likely eligible to get SBA finance to acquire something north of $500K. I can refer you to finance brokers for you to see if you are.
If you are outside of the US and looking to acquire with finance there are limited options, though I recommend you reach out to a finance broker in your country to ask what amount you could borrow for a business acquisition.
Other options are using equity from other assets, raising funds from people in your network (family/friends).
